How long does it take?

Heathrow is around 60 miles from Tunbridge Wells, most of it on the M25. Outside the rush hour the drive usually takes around an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half. Weekday peaks on the M25 between the M23 and the M4 can add a lot more, so we plan your pickup around the traffic as well as your flight.

When should we collect you?

Most airlines advise arriving at least two hours before a short-haul departure and three hours before a long-haul one, but check your airline’s own advice. Add the drive time and a margin for traffic. When you book, tell us your flight time and terminal and we’ll suggest a pickup time.
