Group travel questions
How much luggage can a group bring?
The V-Class takes 4 large and 2 small cases, the Vito 6 large and 4 small, and the Sprinter up to 16 cases. Tell us about your luggage when you book and we’ll suggest the right vehicles.
Are the V-Class and Vito booked on the same terms as the Sprinter?
No. The V-Class and Vito are booked like our cars: pay by card or cash on the day or by invoice in advance, and there’s no charge if you cancel more than 1 hour before pickup.
Can you collect group members from different addresses?
Yes. Give us every pickup address when you book and we’ll include them all in your quote.
Is the Sprinter deposit refundable?
Yes. The £150 deposit is refunded in full within 5 working days if the vehicle is returned clean and undamaged.
