Used 888 to ship some occupational therapy equipment from Pembury Hospital back to my dad's house as patient transport couldn't take it with them. Paul the driver was above brilliant, rang me to check what needed taking and then that he was at the correct house. He even took the equipment around the back of the house on my request. Truly a star who made a somewhat stressful situation 100 times easier. Thank you Paul.

We hired a wheelchair taxi on Christmas Day to make it possible for my housebound Mum to travel to, and return from, my Daughter's home. I would highly recommend this company. They called to double check my booking 4 days before and I also received a call on the day, for both journeys, to say the taxi was on its way. They also sent a tracking link so that we could see the taxi location shine we were waiting. Our Driver, Yaha, was so friendly and helpful and made both journeys very enjoyable and easy .

Fantastic experience with 888 taxis, I had a breakdown so I didn’t have a car and needed to get a dog to Kennels in Penshurst, they had a van which did mean room in abundance for a dog crate, arrived early. The driver was kind and very lovely to chat with, cannot recommend highly enough. I would use them again.

Brilliant service, the taxi driver Tarek arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. By far the best taxi journey I have experienced, a lot of other taxi drivers from other companies are so rude and unprofessional, so this was a breath of fresh air! Also, you can track your taxi driver before they arrive, which is very helpful. 😁

This was the first time I have used your service and I would like to say how impressed I was.Both drivers were exactly on time and both were most courteous and helpful, especially to those of us of a certain age, where we are not as supple and mobile as we once were.Would you please pass my thanks to the two drivers, and I hope we can use your services again.William RowntreePS Would you also please say to the driver who took us to Matfield that I was very impressed at the route he took. I had estimated at least 30 minutes or so for the journey, and he did it in half the time. Indeed, we arrived before our hosts expected us, and were able to enjoy a glass of wine before our meeting. I booked out 20+ taxis with 888 Executive Cars for a busy weekend festival. They were very organised and efficient, successfully completing multiple pick ups and drop offs in various different locations. The people who used the cabs were very complimentary of the drivers and most cars were also spacious / comfortable mini vans. They were never late and there wasn’t one complaint. The owner Dan is great and I’d highly recommend them for short or long journeys!

I used the services of 888 Executive Travel for the first time yesterday (to collect a senior executive from an evening event). The driver was on time, the vehicle was pristine and the service was friendly and professional. I had a couple of communication issues when making the booking itself but I think that these were IT based and could not be helped. The journey was, in the words of the passenger, "spot on". I will certainly be using the company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
