Royal Ascot

Royal Ascot takes place over five days in June at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire, around 60 miles from Tunbridge Wells by the M25. On an ordinary day the drive takes around an hour and a half. On race days the roads near the course are much busier, so we allow extra time in both directions.

The racecourse publishes its drop-off and pick-up arrangements each year. We plan your journey around them and agree a meeting point with you for the end of the day, when most racegoers leave at the same time.

Each enclosure has its own dress code, and the Royal Enclosure’s is the strictest. Check the rules for your badge before the day.

Wimbledon

The Championships run for two weeks from late June into July at the All England Club in south-west London, around 40 miles from Tunbridge Wells. Allow around an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half, depending on traffic.

Pre-booked cars use the drop-off and pick-up areas shown on the official Wimbledon map rather than stopping at the gates. Play can run late, so we agree a pickup area with you and keep in touch on the day, and your chauffeur is ready when you are.

Groups and hospitality days

For friends or a hospitality day with clients, the V-Class seats up to 7, the Vito up to 8 and the Sprinter up to 16, so everyone arrives together. Business travel can be paid by invoice.
