How event travel works
Share the plan
Where you’re going, when you need to arrive and roughly when you’ll leave.
Agree the pickup
We agree a pickup point and time for the return, and quote any waiting up front.
Travel together
For groups we send the V-Class, Vito or Sprinter, or several cars at once.
Event travel questions
Will the chauffeur wait for us?
Tell us before the journey how long you’d like the chauffeur to wait, or agree a pickup time for the return. We quote any waiting up front; the price can change if waiting runs beyond the agreed time.
Can you take a group of more than 8?
Yes. The Mercedes Sprinter carries 16 passengers, and we can send several vehicles together for larger groups.
Do you travel to events outside Kent?
Yes, including venues in London, Sussex, Surrey and Berkshire, such as those listed above.
How do we pay?
By card or cash on the day, or by invoice in advance. The 16-seat Sprinter is always paid in advance by invoice.
From point of booking to the night of the event it was seamless and perfect!
We had 11 cars arrive on time, in perfect condition and all well organised.
